A quick game of catch-up!

Let's play catch-up via pictures, shall we?

We enjoyed the Game Ranch, Fall Festival at Stone Mountain and our first-ever Falcons game this fall.

Our holiday season was busy, as always. Amidst all the running around and time spent with family, we were able to snap a few photos.

Can we do it? Place your bets now...

So, when Ryan and I were expecting Hannah Claire a dear friend of ours created a rockin' little website for us that we used to keep people up to date during the pregnancy and after Hannah Claire's birth. Since the website went down in September, I've had great intentions of creating a Jowers family blog. Um, as you can see, the execution of that plan has been less than speedy. But better late than never, right? Whether or not I can actually keep a blog going is still up for debate. Go ahead and place your bets now - is the life of Ryan, Kelly and Hannah Claire truly exciting enough to read about regularly? Guess we'll find out...

That said, settle in for my first official post - a general update on our lives.

Hannah Claire turned two on November 27; it's hard to believe we are the parents of a toddler instead of a baby, but it's true. She is a smart little cookie and she's so much fun these days. Personally, I'd like to freeze her at this age but I think, even if today's technology could help me with that, it's like unethical or something. Oh well...
She still adores music and sings all the time! Her current title tracks are "This is the Day that the Lord Has Made", "Jesus Love the Little Children" and the Sesame Street and Little Einsteins theme songs. As soon as she's strapped into the car seat, she's shouting instructions for someone to put in the Veggie Tales CD. I'm pumped that she seems to love music and singing so much, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that maybe we have a musical genius on our hands. Doubtful, I know, but a mom can dream! Anyone know how early you can start a kid in piano lessons? She is, of course, your average sassy two-year-old. We get so tickled at some of the comments she makes and even more tickled when we realize that she's usually repeating something she heard mommy or daddy say. Her imagination has kicked into high gear lately and we enjoy watching her play with her toys in her own little world.

Ryan is officially taking the LAST class towards his MBA!!! We are stoked that he is so close to graduation but, at the same time, it's hard to believe he's been in school for three years. Seeing as he's the one who has sat through (how many?) classes and has done all the work, Ryan may tell you differently! Given that graduation is right around the corner, he's officially started a new job search - specifically in Greenville, SC. Ryan and I have been talking about moving back to Greenville since we left after college, and it seems that the time has finally come. If anyone has good job contacts in G'vegas, let Ryan know. Needless to say, with the current condition of the economy/market, we'll need all the help we can get finding jobs and selling our house.

Other than that, we're up to our usual schedule of work, school, church and tying to fit in some fun too! I'll try to catch up on pictures from the Fall and the holidays next. You're excited and you know it.
